Warranty -  Major Components have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor to repair part - (in some cases the manufacturer extends warranties longer than 1 year -  limited warranty on reclaim system(5 years), some pumps (2-5 years), awning - longer warranties available.) See individual manufacturer's warranties.  Merchandise returned to Clear Stream Co., Inc must have prior authorization.  All items being returned to Clear Stream Co., Inc must be shipped with package tracking capability.  If component has value, insurance is advised.  Part must be received no later than thirty days after receiving return authorization or replacement part if replacement part is shipped ahead.  Parts must go through a warranty evaluation prior to warranty being granted.  If a part is found to be defective, Clear Stream Co, Inc will pay regular UPS charges to ship the repaired or replacement part to the customer during the warranty period.  Warranties do not cover the cost of shipping items to Clear Stream Co., Inc.  Replacement or repair is determined by the manufacturer.

Due to the various chemicals that customers use, items that show wear due to abrasion or corrosion will not be warranted - Customer's using our chemicals exclusively:  they are non-corrosive and in most cases,  eco-friendly.  Caution is strongly advised against using certain chemicals with reclaim systems and reclaim systems must maintain a fine PH balance.   Warranties also exclude such items as hoses, connectors, electrical switches, tape switches, check valves, pressure gauges, etc. Warranties will not cover items which show abuse, misuse, or negligence to proper maintenance.  Please see manufacturer's manuals and warranties.

Cancellation Policy:

Blow dryers, bill changers, vacuums, auto cashiers and the CSC menu Center are built for each customer as the order is received.  Due to the high capital it requires to build machines, if machine orders are cancelled within 48 hours of ordering, a full refund will be given.  If cancelled after the initial 48 hour period, the 35% down payment will not be refunded.  Please make sure you really want the item before ordering it.

For smaller items, full refund if part has not yet shipped.  If item has shipped, return new part immediately for full credit on part, you will still be billed for shipping.

Return Policy for non-defective goods.

Clear Stream Co., Inc charges a 20% Restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.  Merchandise can not be returned for credit after 30 days.  Customer to pay  freight charges.  Tracking Capability and insurance on all returned goods is advised.  Clear Stream Co., Inc will not be responsible for misdirected shipments to Clear Stream Co., Inc.

Special order items are non-returnable unless defective - see warranty policy above for defective goods.

 We reserve the right to make changes to our website and this policy notice may change as more features are added to this site.  The terms of use and privacy policy may also change - please review those frequently as well. Any information gathered on site visitors or customers is subject to the policy in existence at time of use.
