All content on this site, such as images, text, graphics, logos, prices, and information is provided for Clear Stream Co., Inc's customers to view and remains the property of Clear Stream Co., Inc or it's manufacturers and thus, are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy the content in any form or on any media.  Car wash equipment is a competitive business and if your intent is to purchase products from Clear Stream Co., Inc, then you are granted the right to print out a copy from the page you are purchasing equipment or supplies from for your informational purposes only.  Images of building Clear Stream Co., Inc designed is for the purpose of sharing those designs with our customers only.  Any person or business intending to utilize Clear Stream Co., Inc's building designs must purchase the right to do so from Clear Stream Co., Inc.  This website's content or any portion of it or it's content's, printed materials may not be shared with competitors or other merchants.  If you choose not to purchase the equipment from Clear Stream Co., Inc you must destroy the printed media.

Ordering from this site

If you are under 18, you may not make a purchase from Clear Stream Co., Inc. Clear Stream Co., Inc provides online purchasing for the sole convenience to our customers.  For large orders, please contact Clear Stream Co., Inc - so payment arrangements can be made.  30% down is required for all orders over $5,000.00 The remainder must be paid either by certified check, bank wire transfer or credit card prior to leaving the shipping dock.  All international orders must be paid prior to shipping in advance by wire transfer through a world bank.  For large international orders, a letter of credit from a world bank will be sufficient to begin manufacturing your order.  Customers that have an account with Clear Stream Co., Inc may place their order online and be billed as usual.  Orders may be held or cancelled for any account customer that has an overdue balance of 90 days or more.  Clear Stream Co., Inc reserves the right to refuse service, and terminate orders at their sole discretion.  Please see our warranty policy for any warranty questions. 

Check returned with non sufficient funds

Clear Stream Co reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee for any check returned as non sufficient funds.

Site policies, changes and revocation

Please review our other policies posted on this site that will also govern your visit to clearstreamco.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, descriptions, images, policies, and policies at any time. If any of term or condition of our policies are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable from the rest of the terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining tem or condition.

License and use of our site

Clear Stream Co., Inc grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than your browser's automatic page catching) or modify any portion of it, unless express written consent of Clear Stream Co., Inc has been obtained prior to doing so and is faxed or E-mailed to you with a signature of one our Corporate officers. We grant you  the right to create a hyperlink to our home page provided  the link does not portray Clear Stream Co., Inc its manufacturers, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. With the exception of purchasing products for commercial use, this license does not grant any commercial use of this site's contents.  Strictly prohibited is the collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, images or prices, this site's contents; any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data extraction tools, data mining, robots, or similar data gathering.  This site (or any portion of this site) may not be downloaded (other than your browser's automatic page catching), copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, viewed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Clear Stream Co., Inc. You may not include Clear Stream Co., Inc's logo or frame pages from Clear Stream Co., Inc's website without expressed written consent from one of Clear Stream Co., Inc's officers and if such is done it must be done with the sole purpose of promoting Clear Stream Co., Inc in a manner that is beneficial to Clear Stream Co., Inc.  You may not use or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Clear Stream Co., Inc's  images, logo, trademark, text, page layout, or forms. You may not use any meta tags using Clear Stream Co., Inc's name except with expressed written consent to a distributor of Clear Stream Co., Inc's manufactured products.  Any unauthorized use terminates the license to use this site and may be punishable by law. Your right to use this web site is revocable.

 Risk of loss

All items purchased from Clear Stream Co., Inc  are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  For large equipment orders, it is wise to have insurance on your purchase prior to having it leave the dock.  Note most shipping companies carry insurance against loss please see the UPS website for their insurance policy.  If equipment arrives damaged due to carrier, please notify carrier immediately - before they leave your site in most cases once the carrier has left your site filing for a loss with a carrier may get you nowhere.  If the shipment carton or pallet is extremely damaged - refuse shipment stating that it has been damaged in shipping. 

Product descriptions

Clear Stream Co., Inc has attempted to be as accurate as possible in the description of merchandise or products.  Information is gathered directly from the manufacturer or is assembled from manufacturing of the product ourselves.  Products do change from time to time and Clear Stream Co., Inc does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Clear Stream Co., Inc itself is not as described, please call us.  In some cases we may be able to correct the problem or will have you return it in unused condition after obtaining a return authorization number from us.  

Disclaimer of warranties and limited liability

This site and it's content is provided by Clear Stream Co., Inc on an "as is" basis.  Clear Stream Co., Inc makes no warranties of any kind, implied or otherwise as to the content, information, media, products or merchandise other than is  directed from each manufacturer.  Use of products for a particular purpose other than those expressly stated, are used at your own risk.  While we take special precautions to assure that it does not happen, Clear Stream Co., Inc does not warrant that e-mail sent from this site is free of viruses. We will notify any E-mail originator of a virus if their E-mail is sent to us with a virus. We will also send that virus alert, along with the original E-mail to an anti-virus company so they may investigate the virus and originator of such. Clear Stream Co., Inc will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to incidental, direct, indirect, punitive and consequential damages.  Some states have laws governing use of merchandise - you may have other rights in each state.

Governing laws

By visiting and purchasing products and/or merchandise from Clear Stream Co., Inc you agree that the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and Clear Stream Co., Inc.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your browsing on our website or to products purchased through Clear Stream Co., Inc must be submitted to Clear Stream Co., Inc via certified  U. S. Mail  and shall be sent to  Clear Stream Co., Inc  878 Pine Hill Dr, Oneida WI  54155 USA.   If a dispute can not be overcome through our own devices, it shall be submitted to our attorney for review and if court intervention is deemed necessary shall be submitted to the Brown County Court system in the state of  Wisconsin for jurisdiction to resolve the matter.  If the visitor to this site has in any manner or form violated or threatened to violate property rights, or intellectual property rights of Clear Stream Co., Inc, we may seek an injunction or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Wisconsin, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
