• Information you give us.  We retain and store any information that you freely give us, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers etc.  We do not sell any of your information to anyone for any reason.  If you request information on certain products that Clear Stream Co is unable to provide for you, we will pass your request and contact information onto our manufacturer or another distributor if we know the distributor in your area.  If you prefer us not to divulge any information to the manufacturer or other distributor, then please state so in your correspondence to us.  You can choose not give us certain information, but then you might not be able to receive the information you requested.  E-mail addresses are saved to a database for future correspondence.  If you receive a correspondence from us and do not wish to receive any further correspondence, please e-mail us at clearstreamco@aol.com with - "Remove from E-mail List" in the subject line.  Your e-mail address will be immediately removed.

• Credit card information - Note - Clear Stream Co check out form is on a secure server provided by our web merchant account provider.  When at the check out page, you are no longer on Clear Stream Co's web server - you are on a secure server provided by Rich Media Technologies Inc -a registered merchant service provider for Imperial Bank, Redondo Beach, CA

Does Clear Stream Co., Inc Share the Information It Receives?

Information gathered about our customers is an important part of our business. We are not a mailing list provider or in the business of selling your personal information to other companies.  We do however, provide contact information to the manufacturer if we are not able to provide the product you requested more information on, hoping that they will have a distributor in your area that can provide the product or services.  Whenever we send your request and contact information to one of our manufacturers, we will notify you that we have done so and will provide you with the name and contact information of that manufacturer.
