For
the first time in the history of the car wash industry, self-serve
operators may offer their customers the convenience of credit card use. The RNS-CRC is the first token vendor designed for the Car Wash Industry
with credit card acceptance.
The RNS-CRC is a single hopper rear-load model with a capacity of 4800 - .984 tokens. It is capable of accepting major credit cards and utilizes the same technology found in the ACW-CRC. The unit is adaptable to dispense tokens up to 1 1/8" in diameter.
Operation is simple for both the customer and the operator. When a customer swipes his card (push-pull style card reader), the unit verifies whether the card is valid and then dispenses a pre-determined number of tokens. Instructions and operating messages are displayed on a bright gas-fluorescent display. The number of tokens dispensed and the amount charged to the customer can only be set by the operator. As an additional security feature, the operator may also set the number of times a card may be used within a 24 hour period.
Credit card usage reports can be automatically faxed to a fax machine or computer with fax capabilities. Reports may also be obtained at the unit using the Hamilton Audit Pro 2000 remote programming unit (included with each machine).

Combined in One Rear-Load Cabinet
The
DRS-CRC is the first token vendor designed for the Car Wash Industry
with both credit card acceptance and change making capabilities built
into one cabinet.
The token vendor side of the DRS-CRC is a single hopper rear-load model with a capacity of 4800 - .984 tokens. It is capable of accepting most major credit cards and utilizes the same technology found in the ACW-CRC. The unit is adaptable to dispense tokens up to 1 1/8" in diameter.
The changer side of the DRS-CRC is completely independent from the token vendor. It is the same as a single hopper changer model, which can dispense coins or tokens for change and accepts $1 through $20 bills. When this side is used to dispense tokens, Hamilton's exclusive Tokenote paper token can be used for promotions.
