|
|
| Fleet Account - Describes an account set up for a customer that has more than one user of your establishment in it's party and uses your services regularly. The customer can be billed monthly or pay in advance for a determined amount. | |

Carwash
application using Hamilton's Autocashier built in Auditcode and Tokenotes® or TokensA great example of a fleet account for the car wash industry would be a local police department. Let's say the police department has a fleet of 50 vehicles and the Chief wants his officers to wash their vehicles once a week. Being a smart business person, one would approach the Chief or Director and discuss setting up an account. The Chief will find his options to be that of pre-payment for a certain amount of car washes per month, or choosing to be billed each month. After discussing a 25¢ discount on the $7.00 wash (if it's the only wash in town!), one has landed their first fleet account. First of all relax a little, with a guaranteed income of $1400.00 you have created a guaranteed income for your carwash! Then with very little effort, you simply program the autocashier to set the value of these token notes to $7.00. Then you can give the police dept as many of these paper notes as you want, because once the limit of 200 washes have been met for the month, the autocashier will not take any more washes from that fleet account until you manually punch a few buttons to add more washes to their account. Depending on the autocashier or paystation purchased, the printer is either optional or included with the unit. Using the printer, you can print out a hard copy of the fleet account report and submit the report monthly to your fleet account customer. A fleet account guarantees the car wash operator of a minimum set income each month. Several good sized fleet accounts makes an excellent business plan. Imagine what could be done with the Hamilton ACW5D-CRC that can take up to 200 fleet accounts! |

Park use of Hamilton's AuditPro with tokens
Without simply restating the approach as shown in carwash example above, lets take a look at another possibility for use of the both theTokenotes® and tokens for fleet accounts. Bill is the owner, operator, or manager of "Heavenly Rides Water Park." He has several businesses that come to Heavenly Rides Water Park for their company picnic and for many years he used either a Tokenotes® or token in a very similar manner as the story above to keep them coming back. Unfortunately for Bill, a nearby competitor is pulling his business away with their new blue lightening roller coaster ride. What can he do? Bill has several options for promoting and pulling business back to Token Vendor Heaven. By selling Tokenotes® with a pre-determined value at a discounted rate, Bill can pull the crowd back to Heavenly Rides Water Park. He could set a value of the common strategy "buy four get one free" on a Tokenote® and sell them right at his counter or have them inserted in flyers, newspapers, mailings, etc. There are many different options for fleet accounts. While this does not show the type of "fleet account" as the scenario as the car wash fleet account did, never the less the Tokenote® or tokens can be used in this manner as well. It would still be considered a fleet account as the Tokenote® would still be set up as a fleet account - but here the operator is the owner of the fleet account. |
