Already own a newer STA validator and need only the chip for accepting the new $20.00 bills?  The upgrade chip for the STA Validator can only be installed by Hamilton or one of it's factory trained service centers.  Clear Stream Co is a factory trained service center, so please feel free to call us at 1-800-441-7897 and we will give you a return authorization number for sending your validator to us.  You can mail your validator to us at PO Box 10735 Green Bay WI 54307-0735.   If you mail it to us with out calling first, you must include contact information or the validator will not be worked on and without contact information we would not be able to return the validator.
